Position Overview:

The project aims to implement a new core banking system across APAC branches, with a specific focus on establishing and integrating a new SWIFT message gateway. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in leading the Operations team as PMO and ensuring successful delivery of the SWIFT gateway implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Operations team as PMO for the SWIFT gateway implementation across APAC branches.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and validate business requirements and ensure system coverage.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including remote team members and client branches in different locations.
• Provide consulting support on core banking operations and payment processes.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and communication materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry.
• Proven experience in PMO roles for package system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE and Payment module.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Prior experience supporting or consulting on Japanese banking projects.
• Understanding of core banking business processes and back‑office operations is an advantage.
