Responsibilities

• Delivering various project assignments (e.g., overseas expansion support, business strategy development & execution, sustainability strategy, new business creation, HR & organizational development, M&A, etc.)
• Business development for generating new project opportunities
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Experience in a consulting firm at the Manager to Senior Manager level
• Ability to embrace change, take initiative, and work autonomously toward ambitious goals
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Strong intellectual curiosity, a passion for tackling high-difficulty and unknown challenges, and a keen sense of market trends to create new value
• Leadership and resilience to lead project teams even in cases where there are no established success approaches in the industry
• Strong communication skills to engage deeply with clients (mainly executives of major Japanese companies) and co-creation business partners, as well as the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
