A national employers association in Singapore is seeking an experienced advisory consultant to provide consultancy services on human resource and industrial relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and will effectively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to lead discussions and workshops while optimizing service delivery.
The job holder will provide advisory and consultancy services to SNEF Members on a wide range of human resource and industrial relations matters, including compliance, situational challenges, policy, procedures, practices, and emerging issues. This is an individual contributor role within the IWR team.
