Job Scope
- Provide counsel on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure HR strategies adhere to organisation and long-term objectives.
- Anticipate future workforce needs.
- Design and implement frameworks for end-to-end talent management strategies and training roadmaps.
- Coach and support managers in effective performance management, leadership techniques, and team development.
- Focus on building long-term capacity across the organisation through targeted development initiatives.
- Identify organisational training needs and collaborate with external trainers and institutions to supplement internal learning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and ensure a clear return on investment.
- Review HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure full legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Led the communication and implementation of new policies across the organization to ensure consistent adoption.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
