Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by gathering business requirements, analysing processes and proposing best-fit functional solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert in TV and social media-related technology, trends and business processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
• Provide expert guidance to clients on how to effectively leverage technology to optimize their TV and social media strategies
• Be up to speed on industry trends in TV broadcasting, OTT services, digital media and social media platforms. Regularly provide insights to clients and internal teams regarding the latest innovations and competitive advantages in the space
• Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights for clients related to TV content performance, social media engagement and audience behavior. Help clients make data-driven decisions to improve content strategies and viewer engagement
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on the use of implemented systems, tools and processes. Ensure clients have the knowledge and resources to independently manage their media operations moving forward
• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in operational workflows, TV broadcasting techniques, social media engagement methods and client satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Overall experience of 6 to 10 years with at least 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in managing analytics projects
• Project management, Stakeholder management, Crisis handling
• People grooming (good team player and a leader who identifies and creates synergy in a group)
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Hands‑on coding experience – SQL, Python, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Team handling, Problem‑solving, Project management and Creative thinking
• Good problem solving & insight generation skills
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

EDUCATION

B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
