Job summary

iCompaz in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant with expertise in Azure cloud and Azure AD to design, implement, and govern cloud Identity and Access management for enterprise customers.

You will work with global teams, drive security controls, monitor services with Azure Monitor, and ensure compliance with ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, and ITIL-aligned SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar Azure-focused role.
• Experience deploying and configuring Azure services.
• Strong identity and access management skills (SSO, MFA).
• Experience integrating on-premises AD with Azure AD using Azure AD Connect.
• Experience with RBAC, conditional access and access governance.
• Monitoring and reporting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Sentinel.
• Ability to drive ITIL-aligned processes and governance.
• Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage identity, authentication, and authorization in Azure.
• Register apps in Azure AD and manage RBAC/conditional access.
• Monitor and report using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Deploy and configure Azure services; optimize cost and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, HIPAA, GDPR; align with ITIL and SLAs.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on performance, risk, and compliance.

Job Role & Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have minumum of 7+ years of working experience in a similar role
• Responsible for working on the following in Azure environment:
• Identity Management
• Authentication & Authorization (SSO and MFA)
• Synchronizing on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD using Azure AD Connect.
• Registering applications in Azure AD.
• Access Management-RBAC, Conditional access
• Monitoring & Reporting using Azure Ad logs, Entra reports and integration with Microsoft Sentinel
• Deploy and configure Azure services
• Implement security controls using Azure Security Center, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Monitor performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Optimize cost and resource utilization.
• Work as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive adherence to ITIL best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on service performance, risk posture, and compliance status.
