Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced advisor in Executive Compensation. The role involves leading client projects, building strong relationships, and providing guidance to team members. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of experience in compensation advisory, excellent client-facing skills, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in executive and reward compensation advisory.
  • Experience in statistics, finance, research, or human resources is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Job description
What the day will look like
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on Executive Compensation -related matters
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance solution offerings
  • Proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts, including thought leadership across our Advisory offering which ensures that we deliver the best of Aon to our clients.
  • Execute multi-country projects which includes leveraging on Talent, and where possible Health and Wealth, solutions to design and implement client solutions across multiple HR fields.
  • Review team members’ analysis work and act as technical review for client deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics or Finance). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in executive and reward compensation advisory with expertise in specific areas such as Long-Term or Short-term Incentive Plan Design, KPI Design, Sales Incentive, etc. Overall, at least 8+ years of experience in Compensation area
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design
  • Good listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the client’s issues.
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel VBA and SQL. High proficiency in coding and macro will be an added advantage.
