Job description

BPR activities

• Analyse Job and Process flows for opportunities to streamline for efficacy and impact.
• Define measures of performance for impact tracking.
• Brainstorm, discuss and propose process reengineering / improvement ideas.
• Construct and execute implementation plan.
• Develop relevant solutions (where applicable) leveraging on repertoire of technology skills.
• Track and monitor effects (ROI) of process reengineering / improvement.

Project Management- Organizational level projects (OMEG-A / BPO etc)

• Organize / plan logistics and drafting a proposed project team & project plan.
• Based on directions set by project sponsor, lead project stakeholders towards key milestones of the project.
• Provide Project progress updates to necessary stakeholders.
• Rally and collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve deployment issues.
• Develop necessary instruments to facilitate any ongoing deployment activities Eg for reporting and data capturing.
• Systematize documentation / record keeping for project / audit reporting purposes.
• Follow through on WBS from project commencement to Go-live.
• Facilitate and usher project to realize go-live as planned.
• Render post deployment / go-live support during stabilization, including continuous reporting / updates.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree

5 – years’ experience in Finance / IT / Project Management within similar industry knowledge

Possess good knowledge of Information technology and applications.

Knowledge of office suite, low code development, database and eagerness to learn + uncover new technologies, applications and systems.

Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.

Possesses good Project management skill.

Detail oriented with good analytical skills.

Organizational and leadership skill.
