Job summary

Unitech E and C is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Singapore. You will plan and manage site organization, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery in line with contract requirements.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for steering multi-disciplinary teams through progress reviews and regulatory approvals. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or MEP, at least 7 years in construction, and a minimum of 3 years in

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or MEP or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction sector (preferably School/Nursing Home projects).
Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
Preferably with full cycle of project experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee site organization and resources.
Map out overall Master Programme.
Set project targets aligned with company goals.
Oversee project team and subcontractors to meet approved completion dates.
Ensure quality delivery and regulatory compliance; liaise with authorities and stakeholders.
Submit progress claims, monthly reports and variations; manage EOT claims.
Resolve site issues and coordinate with architects/consultants during site progression.
