Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction-focused initiatives, coordinate disciplines, and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will manage schedules, procurement, and contract administration while guiding a team of PMs and clerical staff.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with clients and directors.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in project management within the construction or built environment industry.
Strong accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide project management services on specific projects, reporting to the Director-in-Charge.
Overseeing all aspects of project management services, including administrative duties, disciplines coordination, and document checking.
Managing agency consultation, owner-supplied data coordination, and user liaison.
Developing and monitoring project schedules.
Delivering client presentations and providing technical advice on building construction and documentation.
Handling contract administration, procurement, and project budget/cashflow control.
Managing change control and project closeout processes.
Leading and managing a team of project managers and clerical staff.
Reporting project status to the Director and Client.
