DKS DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Leader to direct subcontract works on large-scale engineering projects in Singapore.

You will oversee project managers, engineers, supervisors and site teams, ensuring coordination across engineering, procurement, construction and admin functions to meet milestones and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a background in engineering/construction management and experience managing

Qualifications

Proven leadership of project teams and site staff.
Strong coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and admin.
Excellent communication and negotiation with clients/contractors.
Ability to resolve technical, regulatory, and contractual issues.
Experience with large-scale projects and cost control.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction for subcontract works.
Lead Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction and admin teams.
Establish project execution plans, resource strategies and priorities.
Oversee project scheduling, sequencing and manpower deployment.
Ensure execution against drawings, specs and method statements.
Manage subcontract contractual obligations, budgeting, variations and progress claims.
Act as main contact with Contractors, Consultants, Clients and Authorities.
