Job summary

APAX SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site operations for complex projects in Singapore. The role requires hands-on oversight of daily activities, safety compliance, and coordination with multiple disciplines.

You will manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring drawings and project requirements are met, with a focus on timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience in managing site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety and quality requirements.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities at project sites.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site activities.
• Coordinate construction works with Mechanical, Electrical, Process and other disciplines.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and ensure works follow approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC on inspections, testing and rectification works.
• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on project progress and issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting senior management.
