Job summary

A prominent Oil & Energy firm in Singapore seeks a Construction Engineer to lead construction activities on Jurong Island. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in onshore project construction, preferably in the refinery or petrochemical sector. You will ensure all operations comply with HSSE standards and collaborate with various stakeholders. A diploma or degree in engineering is essential, along with strong leadership attributes and risk management expertise. This position demands commitment and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in onshore project construction.
• Experience in refinery, chemical, and/or petrochemical industry.
• Lifting supervisor qualification and/or actual lifting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute construction activities within Jurong Island.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company HSSE standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop execution plans.
