Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction costing, progress claims, and retention.
• Good knowledge of GST and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle project-based accounting, job costing, and cost allocation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
