Job Description
  • Provide regulatory advisory to business units, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and regulatory developments.
  • Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks, including incident reporting and supporting ethical decision-making across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and testing programs to ensure ongoing compliance and assurance.
  • Conduct compliance training and manage regulatory engagements, including reporting significant matters to senior management.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma in a relevant field with minimum 7 years of compliance experience in the regulated financial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong documentation, report‑writing, and independent working capabilities, with a self‑driven mindset.
