  • International Assignment Management: Develop and oversee competitive packages for employees on international assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Global Mobility Operations: Manage transfers, work authorization, and relocation logistics, coordinating with external partners for seamless employee experiences.
  • Reward & Compensation: Perform market analysis, benchmarking, and review processes to ensure fair and competitive reward practices.
  • Regulatory Collaboration: Work with relevant authorities and stay informed on policies affecting global workforce mobility.
  • Resource Planning & Budgeting: Support manpower planning, budgeting, and cost tracking across teams.
  • Reporting & HR Support: Generate insights and reports, maintain HR systems, and provide support for HR initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in handling compensation and benefits, with a focus on expatriate and mobility management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives.
