Job description

Commissioning (Engineer/Manager) - $4,500 - $8,000

• Manage Installation, Testing & Commissioning Schedule for Electrical/Mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and meetings for energization and Startup presentations to client.
• Ensure systems are energized and operating as per project specifications & baseline schedule.
• Attend meetings with client/contractors for weekly updates, work progress and scope.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis, communicate with agent for technical / issues resolution.
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic with 3 - 5 years experiences.
• Understanding SLD and P&ID diagrams as well as Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) process.

Quantity Surveyor - Up to $6,000

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Guide on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work with internal to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Cost assessments, prepare reports on project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms & conditions.
• Monitor cost expenditure vs budget, identify any deviations & implement corrective measures
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering with 3-5 years experience
• Experience in Tendering, scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.
