Job summary

A leading fresh produce company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage stock movements in a cold room environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with stock allocation and delivery schedules, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and apply hands-on knowledge of perishables. A valid driving license is required. Experience in perishables or FMCG environments is preferred, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic team focused on bringing European fresh produce to Asia.

Qualifications

• Valid manual class 3 driving license to operate a chiller truck.
• Experience in perishables or FMCG trade environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations in a cold room environment.
• Manage stock movements and ensure operational efficiency.
• Verify stock draw out and maintains accurate records.
• Roster and supervise warehouse specialists for daily tasks.
• Monitor compliance of drivers with allocated stock.
• Update stock inventory in the system and Google Drive.
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate operations.
