Position: Senior Badminton Coach

Salary:$3,200/month + $200 Transport Allowance
Working Arrangement:6-day work week
Location:Multiple venues across Singapore
Employment Type:Full-time (1-year renewable contract)

🏸Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and 1-to-1 coaching sessions for students (kids, youth, competitive players).

• Develop training programmes aligned with academy standards.

• Oversee class administration, attendance, and student progress.

• Mentor junior coaches and ensure coaching quality and discipline.

• Assist in event preparation, grading tests, and holiday programmes.

• Maintain positive communication with parents, students, and management.

⭐Requirements

• Strong badminton foundation (national player / state-level / competitive background preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years coaching experience.

• Coaching certification (e.g., BWF / SBA / relevant associations) is advantageous.

• Good communication skills; able to handle kids and youth.

• Physically fit to carry out coaching duties.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term development of students.
