Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing tasks effectively under pressure to meet production deadlines while adapting to extended working hours as required
• Interpret and apply manufacturing and assembly drawings accurately to achieve precise production outcomes
• Operate and oversee 4- and 5-axis complex machining processes to deliver high-precision manufacturing results
• Lead and mentor manufacturing staff by providing guidance and support in CNC programming to enhance team capabilities and performance
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and program manufacturing processes that improve production efficiency and product quality
• Perform work beyond office hours, including on site, on board, and during weekends, to support continuous operations
• Support and assist the Managing Director in overseeing day-to-day company operations to ensure smooth business functioning
• Possesses knowledge of various manufacturing processes including testing and inspection to support the operations team on various projects
• Able to work beyond normal working hours, on sites, and on-board vessels when required
