Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machining aerospace work environment.
• 10+ years hands-on supervisory or managerial experience in CNC fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programming and set up various machine brands.
• Work with teams to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Provide guidance and support to operators for machining processes.
