Join the team at Tower Club as a Senior Club Assistant (Captain) based in the Raffles Place Central Region. As the Senior Club Assistant (Captain), you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest services and assist in the smooth running of the outlet's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Take orders using suggestive selling techniques and place orders through the POS system and help serve orders to the tables accurately.
• Welcome and assist club members and guests, addressing their queries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

What we're looking for
