About the role

Join the team at Republic Plaza City Club (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Senior Club Assistant (Captain). This is a full-time position based in the Raffles Place Central Region. As the Senior Club Assistant (Captain) in our Chinese restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Member services and assist in the smooth running of the outlet's operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Take orders using suggestive selling techniques and place orders though the POS system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
2. Welcome and assist club members and guests, addressing their queries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally
3. Adhere to the Club%E2%80%99s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day

What we 27re looking for

1. Preferably with 2 years of F&B experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with members and guests in a professional and personable manner
3. Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
