Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to drive infrastructure operations, transformational initiatives, and platform reliability across on-premise and cloud environments.

The role demands a Diploma/Degree in CS/IT and at least 4 years of hands-on hybrid infrastructure experience, including AWS/Azure and IaC concepts. A strong runner of projects, vendor management, and incident handling will be essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments (On-premise/Cloud). Working experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Management, with experience implementing Infrastructure as Code to automate platform provisioning & configuration management.
• Experience in infrastructure project delivery, vendor management, incident management, and disaster recovery planning would be advantageous.
• Prior experience supporting public sector or government environments will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms across development, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Lead infrastructure projects, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and security vulnerability remediation to ensure operational excellence.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery (DR) exercises, IT resilience initiatives, and compliance activities in accordance with organisational policies and security standards.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet availability, capacity, continuity, and governance requirements while driving continuous improvements.

Looking to work on large-scale hybrid cloud environments and critical public sector systems? We're looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to drive infrastructure operations, transformation initiatives, and platform reliability across complex on-premise and cloud environments.

Location: East (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable basis)
