Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of Cloud-related experience, including implementation, installation, monitoring, and testing, with shift and on-call duties across various locations.

A Diploma in CS/IT or equivalent is required; Cisco and VMware certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
3 to 5 years of Cloud-related experience including implementation, installation, monitoring, support, and testing.
Ability to work on shift schedules, on-call basis, and at various locations to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

Administer, implement, maintain, and support Network, OS, Storage, and Backup components of Cloud systems to ensure operational stability and security
Design, implement, integrate, and test system development projects to meet client requirements and improve infrastructure performance
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cloud systems across multiple sites to maintain service continuity
Adapt to shift schedules, on-call duties, and assignments at different locations to ensure timely response and system availability
