Job Purpose

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented clinical informatics analysts to join our informatics team. This role will involve master data management, system configuration and workflows optimisation for our Electronic Medical Record and related systems to support safe and efficient delivery of patient care.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Gather and assess requirements.
  • Create and update medication related master data.
  • Test, document, and deploy content changes.
  • Track change request status and deliverables.
  • Provide functional support to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support system enhancement and updates.
Job Requirements
Education/Training/Experience
  • BSc (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
  • Prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics working experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Training for Epic certification will be provided, where needed, and certification is expected within 3 months of hire.
Personal Attributes
  • Systematic, analytical and meticulous in approach.
  • Possesses good problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team.
