Our clients are seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven Senior Client Service Manager to champion exceptional service delivery across their portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for affluent clients—ensuring seamless communication, swift issue resolution, and elevated experiences that foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback, and escalations
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of both client servicing executives & managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client issues swiftly and accurately
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies across key accounts
  • Support client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards aligned with MAS guidelines
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in client servicing or relationship management within financial services/banking/fintech or any related field
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and service workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and client reporting tools
