Job Description

Job Summary: Provide quality service to UOB customers by cross‑selling all banking products (loans, deposits, credit cards etc) to meet customer needs. Develop customer relationships through effective interaction, identify opportunities for selling financial products and services of the Bank. Ensure all activities are in compliance with Bank's policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cross sell all banking products such as loans, deposits, credit cards etc to meet customers' needs
  • Develop customer relationship through effective interaction, identify opportunities for selling financial products and services of the Bank
  • Maintain high level of professionalism, integrity and service quality at all times
  • Work closely with other units within the Bank to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers
  • Manage daily operational matters including account opening, account maintenance, loan applications, credit card applications, transaction accounts enquiries, debit orders, stop payments, cashier's order, cheque clearance, internet banking and others
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Job Qualifications
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in any field from reputable institutions or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in providing excellent customer service in banking industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
  • Knowledge of banking products and services will be added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application
