Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in chemical or petrochemical production.
• Proficient in root cause analysis tools such as fishbone and ABC.
• Knowledge of Safety and Environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production operation ensuring safety and quality.
• Support and execute maintenance, TAR, and project activities.
• Lead and mentor team leaders.
