• Supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks and fostering a professional environment.
• Contributing ideas and providing suggestions in menu developments
• Communicating purchasing requirements daily
• Monitoring all deliveries for quality and quantity to price, quality and appeal
• Demonstrating proper food safety and hygiene at all times
