Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Maintain effective communications between management and all team members.

  • Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to.
  • Take responsibility for the adherence and compliance of all health, safety and food hygiene legislation.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience with Japanese cuisine in a related capacity.
  • Planning individualized and unique multi-course Japanese menu.
  • Has excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
