Overview:

The (Senior) Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales channels to expand market reach and drive business growth. This role oversees partner recruitment, performance management, and regional project tracking while ensuring strong collaboration with the Key Account and Marketing teams. The incumbent will design and execute channel strategies, analyse market trends, and provide insights to optimize sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

An experienced sales professional with strong relationship management, strategic planning, and communication skills, capable of leading channel initiatives and achieving business objectives in a dynamic market environment.

1) Channel Development & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners and distributors.
  • Establish strong partnerships to expand market coverage and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies and incentive programs to achieve business goals.
2) Regional Project Tracking
  • Monitor and follow up on regional sales projects, ensuring timely execution and target achievement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or technical support.
3) Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Key Account Department to align on joint sales efforts and customer strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.
4) Sales Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyse channel performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or B2B sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within the Data Centre or related technology industries.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective channel strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel as required.
