Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a Section Lead to manage a cGMP cell therapy manufacturing team in Tuas. You will guide daily operations, ensure aseptic practices, and maintain data integrity while coordinating with QA, Engineering and MSAT to meet production objectives.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree and prior supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing with supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a cGMP cell therapy manufacturing team.
• Plan priorities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and MSAT to resolve issues and improve productivity.
