Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Semiconductor industry or EPC functions, facilities equipment sales/procurement.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or related degree, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to apply AI-literate tools responsibly for research, analysis, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Category management & strategic sourcing of facilities equipment; establish processes to track supplier happiness.
• Develop category strategies and validate with Global/Regional Category Managers and internal partners.
• Drive category savings and scorecard targets.
• Lead or participate in negotiations for extensions, renewals, price renegotiations, transfers.
• Partner with customers to deliver strategic solutions and maintain domain expertise in spend categories.
• Promote AI-enabled enhancements and integrate AI tools into daily work for efficiency and compliance.
