A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Case Manager to support the CTVS surgeon team. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care pre-and post-surgery, managing administrative data, and assisting in education. Job description

To perform case management for CTVS surgeon team and patients, which involve in pre-operative planning, education, logistic needs of patients, post-discharge follow up issues; and to perform data and information management for clinical, research, audit and administrative purposes, which include database entry, maintenance and analysis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist CTVS surgeon team and patients in pre-operative planning, across internal departments and other referring hospitals.
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external meetings for respective Division in CTVS.
  • Assist in education of pre-operative patient.
  • Coordinate and assist CTVS surgeon team and patients in post-operative issues, across internal departments and other hospitals.
  • Data and information management for clinical, research, audit and administrative purposes, which include database entry, maintenance and analysis.

  • Assist in Medical Report Submission to MRO Dept
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Science-related disciplines
