Job summary

A leading talent agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the Senior Care Centre and its diverse services. Responsibilities include managing the Day Care and Rehabilitation programs, performing client assessments, and facilitating Multi-Disciplinary Meetings. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to start immediately.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate starter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the Senior Care Centre and its services.
• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients.
• Oversee Multi-Disciplinary Meetings for reviews of clients.
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Job description

• Oversee the running of the Senior Care Centre (SCC) and its services which include Day Care, Day Rehabilitation, Centre Based Nursing and Active Aging Programmes.
• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary
• Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Immediate starter is preferred
