Job summary

A social service organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Care Associate to provide compassionate care for elderly clients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. Candidates with prior experience in eldercare are preferred, however, training will be provided for those without experience. This role requires authorization to work in Singapore, and offers a structured working schedule of 44 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in Eldercare / Healthcare is an advantage.
• Applicants without experience will receive training.
• Must be authorized to work in Singapore.

DESIGNATION : Senior Care Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with client transport, mobility, and personal hygiene (toileting, oral care, nail trimming).
• Monitor vital signs and blood glucose, assist with wound dressing, and support doctor during physical exams.
• Report changes in clients' condition.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and ensure clients stay hydrated throughout the day.
• Clear dishes and assist with washing after meals.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including spills and daily equipment maintenance.
• Tidy treatment rooms and report maintenance needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols during client showers and diaper changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

GCE N or O-level

Job Requirements

OTHER INFORMATION

Working Hours

44 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays (45 minutes lunch break)
