Qualifications

• Experience using InterRAI system.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with clients to conduct initial assessments.
• Administer InterRAI Check-ups for clients according to standards.
• Conduct re-assessments for clients on a 6-monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
