Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage department and/or industry in a Chinese Restaurant.
• Previous Food & Beverage and/or industry experience.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

• Manage guest queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance of brand standards.
• Maintain high level of hygiene standard.
