Job summary

GOBIND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAD draughtsman with a Diploma/Degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining CAD drawings, dimensional layouts, and isometrics, while coordinating with engineers and the design team. Candidates with LTA project exposure will be viewed favourably. The position involves document control for the detailed engineering section and other related duties as assigned by the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
• LTA project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
• Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings
• Revise drawings based on engineers' instructions/comments
• Communicate effectively with design team members on a project
• Receive, register, file and distribute documents for the detailed engineering section
• Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor
