Job summary

ILJIN ELECTRIC CO., LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH seeks a proactive Senior Project Engineer to support turnkey cable infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines. You will assist the Project Manager across feasibility, trenching, cable laying, jointing and testing, coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing all phases of cable infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, trenching, cable laying, jointing, and testing.
• Support in preparing invoices, progress reports, and necessary documentation.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Report to and take instructions from the Project Manager
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safe work practices.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (OMM) manuals upon project completion.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
