Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC is seeking an excellent C++ Software Engineer to develop and enhance low-latency trade execution systems for its Asia Equity Options business. You will work at the intersection of research and trading, leveraging cutting-edge technology and collaborating with senior technologists to drive performance and reliability.

You will contribute to high-availability systems, optimize under tight latency constraints, and participate in architectural discussions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the trading industry.
• Experience with options or derivative products.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with Research teams and Quants.
• Proficient in C++, Boost and STL.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-availability, low-latency trade execution systems in C++ and Python.
• Interface with ultra low latency FPGA trading systems.
• Work on highly distributed systems across Asia Equity Options.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and propose design solutions.
• Lead initiatives and drive projects with the development team.
• Collaborate to resolve complex design and coding challenges.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools and software components for integration.
