Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking Senior C++ Software Engineers to join a leading FinTech firm in Singapore. You will build and optimise infrastructure capable of processing billions of data points per second and develop high-performance, low-latency systems using modern C++.

You will also contribute to a proprietary high-performance database and participate in research projects involving Rust, Erlang, and OCaml-inspired languages.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with modern C++.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience developing software where performance, scalability, and reliability are business-critical.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise infrastructure capable of processing billions of data points per second.
• Develop low-level, high-performance systems using modern C++ in latency-sensitive environments.
• Help design and build a proprietary high-performance database from the ground up.
• Contribute to research-focused projects involving functional programming concepts and technologies such as Rust, Erlang, and internally developed languages inspired by OCaml.
• Enhance infrastructure that powers machine learning workflows and supports cutting-edge research in production.
