Qualifications

• 3+ years backend development with C#/.NET.
• Experience with high-traffic backend systems.
• Strong understanding of multithreading and async programming.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with databases and SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of Redis and messaging systems preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud platforms.
• Mandarin Chinese speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# (.NET Core/.NET 6/7/8).
• Build and optimize high-concurrency, high-throughput distributed systems capable of handling large-scale traffic.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance, including multithreading, asynchronous programming, memory management, and garbage collection.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database performance for high-volume workloads.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software following Agile development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
