Job Summary

The Senior Butler plays a supervisory role within the Butler Services team, ensuring the delivery of highly personalized and anticipatory guest experiences. This position oversees daily butler operations and maintains the luxury service standards of Resorts World at Sentosa.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Butler Services team to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.

  • Manage pre-arrival preparations, guest preferences, and bespoke amenities for VIPs and special guests.

  • Conduct in-room registration, private guest orientation and deliver customized guest experiences.

  • Perform high-touch services such as unpacking of luggage, garment care and personal assistance when required.

  • Liaise with key departments (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office) to ensure seamless service execution.

  • Monitor service performance and guest feedback, propose improvements and innovations.

  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and service records in the system.

  • Assist in coaching and development of butler team members.


Requirements


  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or butler services, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of personalized guest service standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS).

  • High attention to details and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
