Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (I4.0)

Location: 1, North Coast Drive, Singapore 757432

As a senior business intelligence analyst in Micron Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Planning Innovation department, you will work on multidisciplinary projects across global sites to develop Smart Manufacturing solutions through AI and ML for maximum output and CAPEX efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with business partners to gather and analyze opportunities to improve wafer output performance, including data acquisition and preparation.
2. Collaborate with data scientists to create machine learning models, develop them into applications with intuitive user interfaces, and integrate with existing systems.
3. Demonstrate successful use cases and wins; provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable max‑out initiatives.
4. Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions to improve wafer move, WPD, and output performance.
5. Translate process knowledge into project implementation to improve run rate, equipment uptime, and process harmonization for higher output.
6. Define business solutions and propose projects for implementation, designing, integrating, and scaling solutions useful to Micron operations globally.
7. Lead projects, driving high‑value activities that require coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams.
8. Use metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (equivalent experience considered).
2. Prior domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (advantageous).
3. Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
4. Strategically focused, impact‑oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
5. Able and willing to travel overseas.
6. Results‑oriented with a growth mindset and strong dedication.
