Senior Business Development Manager (Data, Cloud & AI Solutions)

Location: Central Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Compensation: Competitive Basic + Attractive Sales Incentives (Hunter role)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive large-scale transformation deals across data, cloud and AI platforms. This individual will play a key hunter-role in acquiring new enterprise accounts, deepening C-suite relationships, and delivering end-to-end sales outcomes from opportunity identification to proposal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise-level business development in data transformation, AI, cloud and digital solutions.
  • Work on account mapping, account planning and relationship management across target industries.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue and close new business opportunities (hunter profile).
  • Lead conversations with clients on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and support contracting processes.
  • Engage VIP and C-suite stakeholders confidently, persuasively and consultatively.
  • Support and qualify large scale consulting or execution programs in AI and Data.
  • Able to open new logos and expand existing accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of enterprise IT solutions selling experience.
  • Proven track record in selling Data, AI, Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) and digital transformation services.
  • Consultative selling experience is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to lead client conversations on AI Governance, Ethical AI and Data Modernisation.
  • Excellent ability to influence and communicate with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends (AI/ML, IoT, Data Architecture, Data Governance).
  • Skilled in account mapping, account management & account planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
