Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end SAP HCM solutions, with deep expertise in Payroll and/or Time Evaluation, particularly within the Singapore statutory context. You will lead change requests, support system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Change Requests: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM modules, resolving functional issues and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and/or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify pain points and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Support integrations between SAP and external applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Participate in implementation and sustainment initiatives, including full-cycle project activities and hypercare.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with statutory and internal control requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of SAP HCM implementation or support experience as a Functional Consultant.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Payroll and/or Positive Time Evaluation configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, SHG, IRAS).
  • Demonstrated ability to read, design, and modify schemas and PCRs independently.
  • Familiarity with Personnel Administration and Organizational Management integration with Payroll/Time.
  • Experience in GL payroll posting configuration (for Payroll consultants).
  • Experience in configuring Work Schedule Rules, Absence Quotas, and Absence Types (for Time consultants).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Basic ABAP debugging and log analysis skills.
