Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced SAP HCM consultant to deliver full-cycle SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll and Time Evaluation. You will manage end-to-end support and lead change initiatives, working closely with HR and business teams. A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting and a strong knowledge of Singapore's statutory requirements are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Min 6 years of SAP HCM functional consulting experience with hands-on Payroll and/or Time Evaluation configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, SHG, IRAS).
  • Familiar with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, GL payroll posting, and Time management rules.

In this role, you'll deliver full‑cycle SAP HCM solutions with a strong focus on Payroll and/or Time Evaluation under Singapore's statutory requirements, leading change requests, driving system improvements, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Manage end‑to‑end SAP HCM support and change initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Provide advanced functional expertise in SAP HCM modules, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and/or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to identify challenges and propose process or system enhancements.
  • Oversee integrations between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth and accurate data exchange.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal control standards.
Profile
  • Min 6 years of SAP HCM functional consulting experience with hands‑on Payroll and/or Time Evaluation configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, SHG, IRAS) and ability to design/modify schemas and PCRs.
  • Familiar with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, GL payroll posting, and Time management rules.
  • Skilled in analysis, documentation, problem‑solving, ABAP debugging, and working both independently and collaboratively.
