Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional Business Analyst within the project team for the credit origination platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, while streamlining business processes.
  • Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions to address them.
  • Review functional specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Review UAT test cases and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Adhere to the bank’s processes and procedures to deliver high-quality artifacts and meet project milestones within the expected timeline.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial and banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale banking domain and products such as loans and trade; familiarity with business workflows is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in corporate credit origination or related areas.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and basic technical skills, including web applications, API, databases, SQL, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
